There are three ways to reach Tignex, depending on what you need.

## General questions

Write to [info@muhammetsafak.com](mailto:info@muhammetsafak.com). Questions,
corrections and ideas for collaboration are all welcome. A message is kept
only as long as the conversation is useful, as the
[privacy policy](/privacy-policy/) describes.

## Reporting a bug

Bugs belong in the issue tracker of the project they concern, so the people who
can fix them see them in the right place. Find the project on the
[projects page](/projects/); each project page links to its repository, and
the issue tracker is there. The [Tignex organization on GitHub](https://github.com/tignex)
links to the projects as well. If you are not sure which project a problem
belongs to, email instead.

## Reporting a security vulnerability

Please do **not** open a public issue for a vulnerability. Send it by email to
[info@muhammetsafak.com](mailto:info@muhammetsafak.com) with enough detail to
reproduce it, so it can be fixed before it is made public.

If the project has a `SECURITY.md` in its repository, follow that file instead:
it takes precedence for that project.
