How to reach Tignex: email for general questions, each project's GitHub issue tracker for bugs, and a private email route for security reports.

Updated:

There are three ways to reach Tignex, depending on what you need.

General questions

Write to [email protected]. Questions, corrections and ideas for collaboration are all welcome. A message is kept only as long as the conversation is useful, as the privacy policy describes.

Reporting a bug

Bugs belong in the issue tracker of the project they concern, so the people who can fix them see them in the right place. Find the project on the projects page; each project page links to its repository, and the issue tracker is there. The Tignex organization on GitHub links to the projects as well. If you are not sure which project a problem belongs to, email instead.

Reporting a security vulnerability

Please do not open a public issue for a vulnerability. Send it by email to [email protected] with enough detail to reproduce it, so it can be fixed before it is made public.

If the project has a SECURITY.md in its repository, follow that file instead: it takes precedence for that project.
